Product Description
Basic Introduction:
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a siliceous material (sand, fly ash and silicon tailings such as waste porcelain clay, stone processing waste materials, blast furnace slag, etc.) and calcareous materials (lime, cement) as the main raw material, mixing fat gas agent (aluminum powder), by ingredients, mixing, casting, pre-raising, cutting, autoclave, curing process made of light porous silicate products, because by the hair contains a lot of gas even after the small pores, hence the name of aerated concrete.
General Description:
The AAC block production line is used for large-scale production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. There are many benefits involved in using AAC blocks, including light weight, unique thermal properties, high strength, exceptional seismic performance, great workability, good resistance to high temperature, maximum sound insulation and excellent adaptability.
Process
Typical stages involved in the AAC panel production process include raw material preparation, batching and mixing, pouring, pre-curing, cutting, autoclaving, and packing.

Batching
The pouring mixer is a key element on the AAC block production line. It keeps the concrete from hardening by constantly tumbling the mixture around. In the mixer, ingredients of desired proportion are blended and then poured into the mould for pre-curing.
Pre-curing and Cutting
(1)Mould turning machine
The mould turning machine is mainly used to turn the pre-set concrete through 90 degree so that the mould can be easily removed from the concrete to facilitate cutting.
(2)Cutting machine
The cutting machine is used to precisely cut all the six sides of concrete cakes to various required dimensions. It is mainly made up of transfer car, vertical cutter, cross cutter, and car exchange device.
Main features of step cutting machine:
1,The cake is cut vertically after being tilted,thus the cutting wire will be much shorter and not
easy to be broken and drifted,to ensure the exact cutting precision.
2,By six-side cutting ,the quality of product will be free from affection of mold oiling and the
deformation of the mold and side plate.
3,The 3 working processes:groove cutting ,vertical cutting and cross cutting will be finished in
different positions.It applies to various kinds of specifications for blocks and panels.
4,Double cutting trolleys to operate alternatively with high cutting efficiency.
5,Designing with adjustable cutting rail and step-in per 2.5mm of vertical cutting,to ensure the
cutting precision.
6,Equipped with groove hard alloy knives,it can complete the groove cutting of blocks and
panels.
7,Adding external rotation mechanism to make the block hand holes.
8,Adopt PLC control system to achieve full automation of the machine.

Tilting Table for Semi-product
As the cutting is completed, the green cake is tilted back by 90° so that it sits on its wide, lengthwise side. At this point, a scraper is used to remove the bottom waste as well as clean the bed. Wastes that are washed off into the pit will be recycled, which results in cost savings.
Steaming and Final Product Handling
Autoclave
Autoclave is a large steam equipment which can be used in steaming sand aac block,flyash aac block and aac brick/panel.
Separator
After autoclaving, the piled-up concrete panels need to be separated along the cuts, one layer from the next. The purpose of separation is to keep each individual AAC panel from sticking to the adjacent ones.
The main feature of Qianyu's separator :
1,Simple structure,convenient operation,high efficiency.
2, The bottom scrap edge also could be separated as the bottom clip feet width is 25 mm only.
3, Exact rotary encoder measuring,PLC program controlling and exact separation
locating,which we can achieve full-automatic operating.
Clamping Machine
The clamping machine takes hold of each individual AAC block/panel and carries it to the packing line.
Process for the line:
AAC block advantages
(1)light weight
Areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best.then you can see,it can save the material and cost,it also fighting shaking.
(2) keeping temperature
It has many are porous,the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk),the same as 1/4 or
1/5 of clay brick,so it is best materials now in the world.There are many kinds material,have
lowest waste.
(3)High Strength
High pressure steam-curing autoclaving process gives AAC unmatchable strength to weight ratio, higher than even M150 concrete and far exceeds the Indian Building code requirements
(4)Cost saving
Being lightweight AAC drastically reduces the dead weight of building, resulting into reduction in steel (up to 27%) and cement (up to 20%) structural cost saving.Being 8 times the size of a clay brick, AAC wall construction involves 1/3 the joints, thus an overall mortar saving up to 66%
